This album has been hugely influenced by Sheffield Blues legend and mentor Frank White so it was only right to write a song about him. Nick wrote this story-telling lyric as a slice of life when he used to play bass for Frank and picked him up most Saturday nights to play in local pubs in Sheffield, including The New Barack Tavern (NBT). It’s an ode to Frank and everything he taught us and it’s also an ode to Sheffield pubs and landlords that raised us.
